The Janisol lift-and-slide door programme re-defines the living room. The proven system, which has been re-developed for large openings, allows the indoors and the outdoors to merge and in this way creates a unique, open living space. The bottom threshold made of high-quality, glass-fibre reinforced plastic makes it possible, on the one hand, to form a disable access threshold and, on the other hand, also guarantees optimal thermal insulation. The Janisol lift-and slide doors are CE-compliant and have been tested at ift Rosenheim.
Using the extremely slimline steel profile system Janisol Arte, extremely large sliding doors with slim face widths and high stability can be prepared. Originally developed by Jansen for the reconstruction of historic windows, Janisol Arte now offers architects and planners the possibility to divide large glass fronts in new buildings.
The comprehensive sliding fire door system, with its particularly slender frame profiles, appeals in terms of function as well as aesthetics. The door profile system has been successfully tested under EN fire resistance guidelines and guarantees maximum safety even in extreme conditions. A wide range of design options are available due to the large selection of drive units and types of glass.
